- The business must be located in Grayson County or Fannin County
- The business must have been in continuous operation for at least 1 year
- The business must be LOCALLY OWNED. It may be a locally owned and operated franchise business
- The business must pass a Better Business Bureau background check that we will conduct
- The person submitting the business may not have a financial interest in that business
- You may not submit a business if you are a current employee of that business
- You may not be related to the owner(s) of the business
- You may nominate a business only once
