Texoma Living! does however, provide free design service for any ads that are to be used exclusively in our publications.

HOW TO SUBMIT DIGITAL FILES:

If you submit a digital file, we prefer a PDF file that includes all links and fonts.

For information on PDF settings, click here.

You may also submit files from the above native applications. Please be sure to "collect" for output so that all of the linked files and fonts will be included. The single biggest source of file errors is not including the linked artwork and fonts.

Texoma Living! owns more than 12,000 Postscript® and True Type® font styles, but invariably the one you use we won't have, so send or embed them anyway.

1. Files under 4MB in size can be sent via email to ads@texomaliving.com

2. Files of 4MB or greater (or any file if you wish) may be sent via FTP using any FTP Client software application such as Fetch, Transmit, or Cyberduck for Mac; SmartFTP, or RootFTP for PC. We cannot be responsible for their use on your system, but we have had many positive reviews of each. Contact us directly for FTP instructions.
RESOLUTION AND LINE SCREEN:

Texoma Living
is printed using a 150-line screen. Artwork created in Photoshop should be at actual size at 300 ppi.

DO NOT USE photos or artwork copied from a website. You will be very disappointed with the quality of your ad if you use art off of a website page. For more information abou tthis issue, read our resolution guide page here.

You may use high resolution photos purchased from fairly-priced royalty-free online stock photography sites such as iStockPhoto.com, BigStockPhoto.com, Dreamstime.com, or others.

The key is to make sure that the photo you want to use is at least 300 ppi at the size it will appear on the printed page of our magazine.

Why can't I use images from our web site? Read more here.
ABOVE: A web image will be blurry and distorted. BELOW: A proper print resolution photo will print sharp and clear in the magazine.
