Chef Cathy Zeis's third Master Class is being booked now.

The Master Class is a 2-hour in-the-kitchen demo where a small group gets up close and personal with the star of television, books and magazines. Chef Cathy will cook with no more than 12 guests in the GE Monogram-equipped kitchen at Crouch Home Furnishings and Appliances in Denison.

Crouch owner Ronnie Cole said the store will take reservations for the July 24 event on a first-come, first-served basis. When the class has been filled names will be added to a preferred reservation list for an upcoming event to be announced at a later date.

The class fee is $75 per person and includes wine and sample dishes. Attendees will also received a printed take-home set of recipes.
