This broccoli slaw recipe is a perfect side dish for any picnic, and it is easy to whip up. It also is a very healthy choice.

Ingredients

Slaw

-4 cups broccoli florets cut into small pieces
-1 cup raisins
-1 cup crisp bacon bits
-1 cup shredded carrots
-1 small red onion cut Julianne

Slaw dressing

-1 cup mayonnaise
-¼ cup red wine vinegar
-3 crushed garlic cloves
-¼ cup sugar

Preparation

Place the dressing ingredients into large bowl and blend well with whisk. Pour dressing over slaw and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to use.
