How to Submit an Ad to Texoma Living! Magazine

Texoma Living! Magazine is printed on a heat-set offset web by Trend Offset.

Acceptable File Format

We prefer a Press-Quality PDF file with all fonts embedded.

Image Resolution and Density Requirements

• Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign files are accepted.
• All art should be clearly and consistently named and linked, and all fonts included or outlined.
• Photoshop art must be 300 dpi for at actual size (don’t forget to add .25-inch bleed all around) saved as a CMYK Photoshop file.
• Don’t forget to rasterize all fonts in your Photoshop layers.

Size Specifications (Trim Size) Add .5 all around for bleed.

Not Accepted

We do not accept ads created in Corel Draw, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or low-resolution PDF, TIFF, JPEG or EPS files.

Acceptable Media

CDs or DVDs. All media must be clearly labeled and accompanied by a color proof.

Disks Should Include

• All fonts used. We suggest that you not use True Type fonts.
• Support files: all graphics used to create the ad (line art, halftone, or CMYK with high resolution in place)
• List of all file names used.
• Hard-copy proof sized at 100% that matches the for color files.

E-mailing Files

1. Gather all the files you want to send into a folder, including all support files, images, fonts, etc.
2. Compress and encode the folder using an archive utility like WinZip.
3. E-mail your ad to ads@texomaliving.com
4. Also fax a copy of your ad to us at 888.517.7168
