2010 Art Issue
PDF The third annual Texoma Living! Art Issue introduces our readers to a group of local artists whom, if you haven’t heard about already, you soon will. At least, that’s the consensus of our panel of experts, who selected them all as talents to watch.
The panel nominated artists and took other nominations from our readers, and then examined and discussed, sorted and culled and brought the long list of considerations down to a manageable five, with three others singled out for special mention.
Ginger Mynatt, Gene Lenore and Brenda Hantsche sought out the selectees, did interviews and wrote the profiles.
One of those selected, photographer Dana Handy, took the pictures, including her own, and Shelley Tate Garner added updates on the careers of three of our past honorees, Shannon Cain, Chance Dunlap, and Johana Hartjen.
